Hazardous waste shipping containers primarily transport and temporarily store hazardous waste in solid, liquid, and gas forms. The standard size is 20 feet, typically equipped with one end door and one full-side door. We can also provide customized door designs based on specific client needs. A single 20-foot hazardous goods container can accommodate two 9-foot dry boxes.
Corrosion and Wear Resistance
Our containers use high-quality C3 paint for protection. The coating is 220 microns thick. We also offer C3 to C5 coatings. The paint prevents corrosion and increases durability.
Safety Features
During transportation, hazardous waste containers may be impacted or compressed, potentially causing waste leaks or dangerous incidents. To prevent this, the bottom of the hazardous waste shipping container is equipped with a drip tray to collect any small amounts of leaked liquid. Additionally, the aluminum grating inside the container prevents waste leakage due to compression.
Ease of Use
The drip tray includes prefabricated walkways and shelving bases. Furthermore, to meet the ventilation needs of chemical hazardous materials, we have designed larger vents and exhaust louvers on each end door, ensuring natural ventilation from bottom to top and good air circulation to prevent hazards. The container body is made of insulated materials, providing good thermal insulation during transportation.
Operational Safety
To ensure the safety of operators, we specially designed the door with safety locks that can be opened from the inside, preventing accidental entrapment.
