Waste Container Incinerator
The management of medical waste and hazardous waste is a key issue of universal concern in all industries dealing with potentially harmful substances. To address the challenges associated with hazardous waste disposal, we are introducing high-end waste processing containers. This innovative solution ensures the safe and sustainable handling of hazardous waste containers while minimizing environmental risks to the greatest extent possible.
A containerized waste incinerator is a small-scale environmental protection equipment composed of an automatic control system, which can be quickly moved and started for operation. The mobile process can be carried out by car transport or container transportation, which is simple and efficient.
MEOX Waste Container Incinerator Features:
The medical waste incinerator container is a solid waste incineration treatment device with a wide range of applications and convenient use. It only requires access to water and electricity on-site, and can generally be put into operation within 2 hours, achieving comprehensive harmless waste treatment. Medical waste can be treated on-site, effectively solving the problems of virus spread and infection. It can be used for on-site treatment in mountainous areas, tourist areas, islands, and other environments. It can be used as a fixed incinerator or for emergency environmental protection disposal in case of sudden pollution events or other situations requiring emergency environmental protection disposal.
- Highly independent and maneuverable.
- Well-designed with a small footprint.
- High level of automation, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
- PLC control with real-time monitoring.
- High level of automation, smooth operation of equipment, and good safety.
The medical waste incineration container has an automatic feeding system, ventilation system, hydraulic system, rapid cooling system, automatic ignition, temperature control, compressed air, dual-dry acid removal, and other subsystems. Each system is automatically controlled, making the operation of the incineration equipment simple, reducing labor costs, and environmental pollution. The incineration treatment effect is good, the temperature of the waste incineration process can reach 1100-1300 degrees Celsius, and the incineration removal rate of harmful substances can reach more than 99.99%. The heat generated during incineration can be reclaimed and utilized, with a heat recovery rate of 60-75%. The waste is discharged through the discharge port and then quickly cooled and lowered in temperature through a spray system before being discharged to meet emission standards through the flue gas purification system. Smoke emissions are better than the nationally designated emission standards, with no secondary pollution.
The medical waste incinerator container can meet the requirements for incinerating radioactive materials. The garbage is kept in a negative-pressure sealed area from sorting to feeding, avoiding direct contact with the environment. The interior can be configured according to customer needs, with isolated discharge and ash discharge positions set up. The smoke outlet is equipped with online monitoring equipment for radioactive substances, and the material can be customized according to customer design requirements. Energy-saving incineration of various organic chemical wastes without any auxiliary fuels, reducing operating costs. It has strong applicability and can handle organic waste in various forms such as solid, liquid, and gas.
