Battery Energy Storage Container
Large battery energy storage containers usually use a 40-foot container as the carrier and integrate energy storage systems (including photovoltaic cells and energy storage batteries) into the container to achieve the function of power storage. This large battery energy storage container has the characteristics of flexibility and easy transportation. It can be quickly deployed in needed areas, providing reliable power supply and energy storage for remote regions, field operations, emergency rescue, and other occasions.
The 40FT battery energy storage container is both an opening container with SPA-H panels on a welded corten frame and an insulating panel inside. The base structure is composed of steel floor and cross-members.
40FT Battery Energy Storage Container Features:
This 40FT Battery energy storage container is tailor-made for SEGL Energy, the energy container roof is composed of a SPA-H roof panel. Several SPA-H corrugated panels compose a whole roof panel by Auto-welding. At the perimeter, the roof panel is welded to the outside flange of the top side rails and rear & front header. Several rock wool panels compose a whole roof lining by inserted.
The cross member and steel floor are welded to the bottom side rail, and the insulation side door can be folded. Locking rod assemblies, which are welded with gear cams, lock tubes, anti-rankings, and handle hubs, are hot dip galvanized to the thickness of 75 microns.
