eHouse Real-World Projects

Case 1: Generator Container for ABB Panama

MEOX manufactured and delivered 11 sets of 20ft generator containers tailored for ABB Panama in the third quarter of 2024. The total delivery time from the factory to the site was 8 weeks.

The design featured a complete steel setup utilizing weather-resistant steel to provide long-lasting service in coastal areas and other high-humidity environments. Each unit was pre-fabricated, tested, and shipped fully assembled for fast deployment.

Such a system allowed quick installation and commissioning on-site, which in turn greatly reduced the time usually taken in building a generator housing system. Besides that, the uniform modular method also increased the deployment consistency across all 11 units.

The container combines airflow management, access control, and noise reduction methods to guarantee a stable operation of the generator while at the same time reducing its environmental footprint. It is equipped with integrated spill containment systems for oil, water, and fuel that enhance safety compliance during operation.

In brief, the project comes up with a power protection solution that can be deployed rapidly for industrial infrastructure in Panama, thereby enabling a stable and continuous power supply for multiple sites.

Case 2: Skid-mounted Equipment Enclosures for Data Centers & DSOs

MEOX outputs several skid-mounted equipment enclosures and structural frames for data center and DSO projects in 2023-2024, thereby supporting indoor and outdoor installations through free-standing, outdoor models.

The proposed ehouse system comprises non-walk-in skid units for direct, rapid integration within the conventional structures of buildings. The on-site assembly of the electrical systems was made easier and quicker.

The modular approach reduced the workload of on-site electrical installation to the level of only 40% of the original, while at the same time, the engineering teams were given more flexibility in layout arrangements through system reconfiguration.

The prefabricated skid and frame systems permitted both off-site manufacturing and on-site civil preparation to happen simultaneously, because of this greatly cutting down total project durations. Besides that, the design facilitated better accessibility to the equipment and more efficient maintenance.

Nowadays, this solution is a common feature in modern data centers whose infrastructure is designed with considerations of speed, scalability, and integration flexibility as the topmost performance criteria.
