Energy Container For Shanghai University of Electric Power

Introduction

This is an experimental project at Shanghai Electric Power University, and the technical integration requirements for two containers are very high. Zhongnan Intelligent stands out among many peers with its excellent production technology and professional design team, becoming a partner of this project.

These two containers are photovoltaic integrated container systems: photovoltaic direct drive cold chain logistics system equipment container and solar photovoltaic direct drive phase change energy storage heating equipment container. These two equipment containers have special requirements for the entire container’s materials, structure, circuit, photovoltaic module integration system, etc., and require a high design level, production experience, and the manufacturer’s production capacity.

Below, we will detail the technical requirements for these two customized experimental containers:

Photovoltaic DC direct drive cold chain logistics system container

  • The container adopts a standard 20 ‘HC insulated refrigerated container, with a thickness of ≥ 100mm for both side and top insulation layers. The minimum operating temperature inside the container can reach -60 ℃.
  • The door frame structure at the door end of the container is subjected to bridge-breaking treatment, and the entire container undergoes mechanical performance tests such as stacking capacity and suspension lifting.
  • Through rigorous insulation and sealing performance experiments.
  • Photovoltaic module installation circuit switching switch, meeting experimental requirements for switching to a refrigerator or heat pump.
  • The integrated system is equipped with a bidirectional electricity meter to record the actual usage data of electricity and photovoltaic power.

Solar photovoltaic direct drive phase change energy storage heating container

  • The outer dimensions of the container are standard 20-foot containers, and the container is insulated.
  • The integrated device is a rear-end single door with an external opening, and the windows are aluminum alloy sliding windows, double-layer tempered glass, and equipped with screen windows.
  • The integration party shall configure automatic control cabinets, water purification systems, heat pump storage systems, office work, and data collection systems according to the needs of Party A.
  • All circuits inside the container are wired in a pre-buried and concealed manner. The container needs to reserve an inlet and outlet.
  • The heat pump energy storage heating system adopts PLC for unified control and is equipped with redundant interfaces to achieve system expansion. Equipped with a four-way valve, it can meet the needs of winter heating and summer cooling.

The mechanical properties of the entire container need to meet the experimental requirements, specifically:

  • The stacking capacity of the container should not be less than 5 layers (each layer has a stacking weight of 30480KG).
  • After lifting the container in the air for 5 minutes and landing, the side beams should not show permanent deformation.
  • The side wall of the container must withstand a uniformly distributed load of 0.6Pg and other forces.
